Day 13

The Captain was upset with me today. She left me in my metal crate and then the ferry drivers came and took me on a tour and to a huge green grassy area with Mia like normal. But, when they left, they didn't shut my metal door, I think the Captain must have told them this was okay. The wooden barrier was on the stairs, but the one into my papa's favorite room was gone. I saw the fuzzy blue blanket the Captain likes on the big rectangular thing and decided it looked much nicer than my round bed for resting. There were noises outside the window and I moved around the rectangle barking and protecting the house. When the Captain got home, she somehow knew all this (I really don't know how, I think she has magical powers), but she was upset with me. Worse, she said she was "disappointed" in me. She told me that she should have put the gate up and it was her fault too, but she was mad that I didn't stay on my round bed. Is she nuts? Why doesn't she lay on the round bed? Tonight before we went to bed she put the wooden thing up. Tomorrow, maybe I'll think of a different way to get into that room so that she won't be able to use her powers.
